This challenging inner-city project focuses on providing a family orientated home on a small 137m2 site in one of Melbourne’s most desirable suburbs. The resulting design provides a 3-bedroom home, with a spacious living zone which seamless connects to the entertainment focussed garden space. Key to the success and liveability of the design was the provision of high quantities of storage solutions in every available location in addition to the off street parking space. The location of glazing maximises the internal light which in turn increase the feeling of spaciousness, whiles strategically placed screening provides both sun shading and much needed privacy to the occupants and neighbouring properties.
